Slow cooked because that is what makes Turmeric absorbable. Raw turmeric powder is quite disruptive to the gut. It is good to cook Turmeric for at least 25 minutes .. so we do.

This is a unsweetened PASTE, about the thickness of tomato sauce. Definitely not that taste tho.
