From tomato plants and pumpkins growing out of the compost heap in the home garden, to Cinnamon trees which need only a little help to yield beautiful fragrant aphrodisiac bark, and all the way to Brazil nuts which are the ultimate wild-craft (Only certain native bees can get into the flowers and cross pollinate in order to produce the nuts, and these bees are virtually impossible to domesticate. Because of this, pretty much all the world's Brazil nuts are harvested in the wild). We are guardians of a magically simple and synergistic planet. One could say that all food craft begins in the wild, but certainly some pieces of the system appreciate more help. Permaculture in my opinion is as important as Biodynamics in understanding our relationship with Nature.
