Shopify has their blurb below, but CHAIGUY wants you to be deliriously happy with our products and service! So, please make contact by phone, text or email, and we will call you and talk it through and/or fix it right up. Easy as!
We would love to know about your experience - every time!
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and only if a product is defective, damaged or expired. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can no longer offer a return.
If you received a product from Spice Island ltd that is defective, damaged or expired and wish to exchange it for the same item, please follow these steps:
1) Call Dean and get it done ;) Or email your return to: hello@chaiguy.co.nz
2) Email subject should reflect your order number.
3) In the email, you must include photos of the defective, damaged and or expired product so we can see what the issue is.
4) Please describe the reason for your return.
Once we receive your email, we will review and reach out to you to verify your details and confirm an exchange. Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible, normally within 24 hours.
Chaiguy will cover the cost of shipping for all returned defective, damaged or expired product. We try to ship out exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your return request.
We reserve the right to make any refund due to you in whatever way we choose. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information. Please read this carefully.
