- Use with milk and / or water.
- Use hot or cold.
- Add to our process or yours – at any stage.
For the BLACK TEA CONCENTRATE, the best flavour is retained by pouring or adding liquids ON TO the concentrate, and NOT by heating with a steam wand or by cooking / re-heating.
But you can . No worries !
EASY WAY:
Follow the instructions on the label ( which are a GUIDE only, the map is not the territory .. )
*Use 3 to 4 Teaspoons (15 – 20ml or grams ) TEA / 1 cup ( 225ml ) DAIRY milk .
( If milk is ‘thinner’ (PLANT) or has less fat (trim) or you use some water, use about 1/3 less TEA / 225ml ) .
*Heat milk / liquid , and pour this warm, hot or boiling liquid on to TEA concentrate .
OR - add TEA to milk , and heat .
*You can use any amount of water to substitute for the milk.
*OLD SCHOOLERS – boil the jug, pour hot water onto TEA mix, add milk if you wish.
*Add your own spices at any stage if you wish.
*Sweeten to taste.
*Works cold too.
