Starchild created this bar from their infatuation with all things Coconut, the delicious smooth and fruity Ecuadorian Cacao is the perfect match for the Toasted Caramelized Coconut flakes. With gentle care and a desire to create a delicious piece of chocolate, Starchild hand craft it in small micro batches using traditional methods of stone grinding, adding nothing more than the very finest organic ingredients available.

Indonesian stoneground raw cacao beans and evaporated coconut nectar come together to create a rich, fruity, densely-flavoured chocolate with notes of berries, apricots, dried fruit, cinnamon, caramel and MASALA CHAI SPICE.   Bali Cacao raw cacao and evaporated coconut nectar provides natural energy and mood-balancing. Raw cacao is one of the most phytochemically diverse superfoods and a far more powerful source of nutrients than roasted chocolate. Bali Cacao operates a unique process, from the farmer networks they create and manage to the gentle steps of transforming the ingredients. We have worked with Bali Cacao and their communities to provide you with an honest chocolate that has a taste and texture that you will remember. Stonegrinding preserves the flavanols and antioxidants in the beans which keeps more of the good stuff intact for you to taste and enjoy.
