ECUADORIAN stoneground raw cacao beans and evaporated coconut nectar come together to create a rich, fruity, densely-flavoured chocolate with notes of berries, dried fruit, caramel.

‘PACARI CHOCOLATE’ BIODYNAMIC DEMETER CERTIFIED Ecuadorian raw cacao and evaporated coconut nectar provides natural energy and mood-balance. Raw cacao is one of the most phytochemically diverse superfoods and a powerful source of nutrients.

INGREDIENTS:
(All certified organic). Stoneground BIODYNAMIC DEMETER CERTIFIED raw cacao beans, FAIR TRADE  certified evaporated coconut flower blossom nectar (coconut sugar), sunflower lecithin.

Demeter certified Biodynamic Organic, raw, handmade and VEGAN.
No GMOs, gluten, lecithin, soy, cane sugar or so-called ‘raw’ sugar.
Truly raw cacao that has never been heated above 46ºC / 115ºF.
Nutrient-rich in minerals and fibre.

PACARI ecuador operates a unique process, from the farmer networks they create and manage to the gentle steps of transforming the ingredients into chocolate.

Ecuador has designated Nature a living entity with rights. One of the few countries to adopt this view. We have worked with Pacari and their communities to provide you with an honest chocolate that has a taste and texture that you will remember.

Stonegrinding preserves the flavanols and antioxidants in the beans which keeps more of the good stuff intact for you to taste and enjoy. It also makes the chocolate more digestable than chocolate produced on modern machinery.

Less heat is  produced in the process – a key factor in retaining the truly RAW nature of the cacao butter in the beans.  ( Eat your cosmetics, your gut knows what to do .. 😉 )
